Internal Account Manager

You will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships


• Communicating with customers via telephone


• Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers


• Providing product information, pricing, special offers and promotions


• Ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers


• Selling the benefits of using TD SYNNEX


• Achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets, Grow Your Career: Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses.

  To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:


• Previous experience in Account Management or Sales


• A self-starter


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to build customer relationships and an excellent telephone manner


• Goal orientated with an appetite to succeed
