Full Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a member of internal staff to take on the role of Admin Coordinator, on a temporary basis. The start date is expected to be in December 2024, with the post concluding in August 2025. In this role you will be working closely with colleagues in our student support teams (attendance and pastoral teams) to ensure procedures are efficient, responsive and effective. This is an exciting opportunity to increase your skills and experience.

The salary for this post is Grade 5. Working hours will be 35 hours, Monday to Friday all year round. The full-time salary is £28,163.

Main purpose of the job:

To provide an efficient, responsive and high quality administrative and financial support to the school, working independently to manage the day to day administrative operations of the department within school.

Key relationships:

The post holder will report to the School Operations Manager. Apart from other colleagues in the school, the main contacts of the job are the head teacher, teaching and other support staff, pupils and parents.
