Full Job Description
We are seeking a confident and driven sales individual to join our sales team as an Internal Business Development Manager. You will be assigned a geographical territory and work closely with the Field based Business Development manager. You will create high levels of sales activity and provide the highest level of customer service to both new and existing customers. The role will involve: Continually developing and growing all existing and new accounts within your geographical territory Working collaboratively & effectively with the Field BDM to ensure the retention and growth of existing customers Building, managing, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to ensure targets achieved Developing long term relationships with customers resulting in greater customer service, customer retention and increased revenue for the company
Have previous B2B product sales experience Strong customer orientation and relationship building skills Self-motivated to work independently and part of a team in a fast paced, changing environment
