Full Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to support internal communications across the UK, India, Middle East, and Africa (UKIMEA) region. In this role, you will work closely with the Internal Communications Lead, as well as our People team and key stakeholders, to ensure effective engagement on regional people-focused priorities. As an Internal Communications Coordinator, you will partner with the wider internal communications team to ensure that all activities are strategically planned and aligned with broader regional goals. You will also work with the Marketing and Communications business teams to understand the organisation's specific People-focused communication needs and translate those into meaningful internal communications. A key part of the role will involve producing insightful, engaging, and creative content across multiple formats, including both written and digital, that boosts key initiatives such as our Culture, Equity, and Inclusion strategy. You will tailor strategic messaging, developing internal content for different channels, segmenting audiences, and measuring the success of communications efforts. You will contribute on the rollout of various campaigns and programmes that align with our People team's priorities, ensuring consistency and relevance across all communications. In this position, you will regularly engage with relevant business partners to understand the communication needs of the organisation and help manage internal communication channels, ensuring content is placed in the most effective locations for maximum impact.   • Have previously worked in an internal communication highly matrixed organisation.
  • Have excellent writing skills, with a strong command of English language usage and grammar.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to develop and deliver internal communications content with efficient turnaround.
  • Can partner with other team members in People and internal communications team to roll out projects and work with key events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Can pick up and develop expertise in firm-specific content management systems such as Poppulo and Sharepoint.
  • Have a good knowledge of using metrics to inform the success of communication initiatives
  • Have curiosity, a desire to lean-in across the business to drive high quality and engaging internal communications
