Full Job Description

As a result of continued growth and development within the Maria Mallaband Care Group, we are searching for a passionate and creative Internal Communications Coordinator to join our team based in Leeds. Key Tasks

  • Maintain the company's internal communication tools, ensuring they are up to date, user friendly, and aligned with the company goals and values.
  • Update the content calendar to ensure all internal communications are timely and relevant.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop content across various channels including print, video and podcasts.
  • Collate and interpret data by gathering audience feedback to refine strategies where appropriate.
  • Confident in developing internal communication from scratch, ensuring the use of company brand guidelines and tone of voice.

    Ideally 2+ years of experience within an Internal Communications role
  • A strong attention to detail with excellent literary skills
  • Experience of content creation and delivery including email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, podcasts and presentations
  • Knowledge of best practices within Internal Communications
  • Ability to plan and organise own workload and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Be adaptable and flexible to meet business priorities, Disability Confident
