We have an exciting brand new role which sits within a busy PR team working to support the Warner Bros. Studio Tours in London and Tokyo, the Harry Potter Shop at Platform 9 ¾, the Harry Potter flagship shop in New York, plus any new launches. The team is responsible for all areas of communication including publicity, media relations, crisis management, internal comms, CSR and copywriting. The team supports the business by raising awareness of each area, keeping fans interested and engaged with the ultimate goal of driving sales. It is also responsible for managing the corporate reputation through highlighting investment in community projects and industry initiatives as well as dealing with any issues that might arise. Your New Role... This is a brand new role which has been created to join up the international Tours and Retail businesses creating a cohesive voice with a sense of identity. We want to create a culture with a sense of belonging so individuals feel they are something bigger than the individual business units. You will be working with internal stakeholders and will be implementing and maintaining a consistent internal communications programme across the division. You will also support the local CSR programme at the Studio Tour London connecting with charities and not for profit organisations in the Leavesden community. In addition, there will be an opportunity to support the internal DEI initiative. Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in each market in order to implement a framework for internal comms
  • Ensure there is a consistency of voice which reflects the values and objectives of the group
  • Amplify the profile of the business across WBD internal channels
  • Work on establishing priority messaging and key achievements to be shared where appropriate.
  • Ensure consistency in staff engagement moments across the group
  • Identify stories and write or oversee the creation of communications
  • Work as part of DEI council to help lead and deliver key moments
  • Oversee a calendar of staff engagement events including all staff get togethers and briefings. Help create the materials and co-ordinate speakers.

    Excellent copywriting - ability to write engaging copy without any errors
  • Track record in effective stakeholder management
  • Experience in detailed planning and execution of internal comms programmes
  • Experience of budget management
  • Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
