evoke have an exciting 6 month FTC opportunity for the right person to drive engagement and keep our people informed and connected.
You'll get to build partnerships with the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Customer & Operations Officer, shaping and delivering new opportunities for employee listening and dialogue. What you will be doing

  • Have responsibility for the Engagement strategy working closely with the People Data team and senior stakeholders to support them in creating plans to improve engagement in their business units

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that connect colleagues to our company strategy and value creation plan

  • Oversee communication campaigns and activities that help drive employee engagement across evoke and support strategic priorities (e.g. People Strategy)

  • Develop and deliver communication to support Group wide change projects

  • Supports the planning and delivery of company-wide activities including One Company monthly call

  • Create remarkable content that brings the best of evoke to our colleagues and connects them to the strategy, including sourcing, writing and publishing content across all channels

  • Contributes to learning and sharing of best practice within the internal communications community

  • Navigate multiple priorities and be innovative and creative in creating solutions

  • Be affirmative in acting as a strategic advisor with senior stakeholders in multi-faceted and fast-paced organisations

  • Be an established trusted adviser, an effective coach and be comfortable in giving feedback to senior stakeholders

  • Be skilled in both change communications and crisis management and able to provide a rapid response when needed
