Internal Communications Manager

The Internal Communications Manager will collaborate with the Head of Internal Communications to develop and implement communication plans that effectively reach both staff and freelancers, ensuring organization-wide dissemination and alignment with the Internal Communications strategy. This role will manage and produce content for the National Theatre's internal communication channels, including the intranet, staff newsletters, and internal emails, and will leverage insights from analytics and research to identify communication challenges, enhancing the team's ability to improve messaging, listening, and engagement across the organisation. This position is vital in fostering a positive, inclusive culture that connects all departments. • Confident at building strong stakeholder relationships in the business to gather intelligence
