As an internal communications manager, you'll source and write content that engages; support management of our digital internal channels mix; and get insights from our comms data to help make things better every time. Youll combine journalism and writing skills, and a knack for influencing and engaging people at all levels, with some soft technical skills to help make our internal communications best in the industry.
To do well in our team, you'll need to:
Have a journalist outlook to help you source stories from across the organisation.
Love creating compelling content that's relevant, useful and interesting, while being on brand, in our tone of voice and accessible
Understand the importance of targeted content and how to deliver it effectively
Be comfortable giving guidance on content and channels at all levels in the organisation
Enjoy working at pace with lots of stakeholders and a variety of tasks
Bring new ideas and challenge our existing ways of working, helping us deliver a better employee experience., Get creative and use plain English. Use the Speak Passenger guide. Make it short, make it clear, make it warm.
