Internal MPFT Applicants Only - High Intensity CBT Therapist

Location: Bases are at Hall Court, Telford or Severn Fields Health Village, Shrewsbury. Please note that you may be required to offer clinics in other locations across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.
The service offers a stepped care model to a range of mental health issues using evidenced based, NICE approved approaches. The post-holder will work within the Talking Therapies service providing high intensity CBT interventions for depression and anxiety. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities and equality of access to treatment., · Provide high quality CBT interventions for depression and anxiety, (online/face to face/groups).
· Provide telephone/face to face assessments for patients referring into the service, using clinical decision making to offer the appropriate treatment pathway for the client.
· Attend and engage in supervision processes.
· Maintain CPD and professional registration.
