Full Job Description
Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our new Adult ADHD/ASD service. You will have a critical role in providing specialist tenancy related support to vulnerable people with ADHD/ASD, who are at risk of becoming homeless. You will work with individuals with complex mental health needs and help them live independently and remain in their own home., You will act as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords in order to answer any queries and troubleshoot any issues throughout the life of tenancies and also act as the conduit between MPFT Mental Health services and the local authorities. You will assist in the delivery of a high standard of support to service users that have been identified as vulnerable and at risk of losing their home. You will be responsible for working in partnership with agencies external to the Trust supporting service users to maintain their independence within their preferred place of residency in the independent and non-statutory sector.
