*Internal Only* Digital Programmes Lead

The Digital Programmes Lead plays a critical role in driving operational excellence through the optimisation of digital solutions.

The post holder will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and optimise operational efficiency across the organisation.

The post holder is to lead the ongoing digital transformation across the Trust including FDP, Cerner stabilisation, Luna, the PEP programme, and any future operations related digital programmes.

The post holder will collaborate closely with operational leadership, department heads, and stakeholders including, HHCP, the NWL Acute Provider Collaborative and across the NWL ICB to stabilise and refine existing digital systems as well and expand and institute further digital programmes.

The post holder will take responsibility for the leadership and line management of staff in the Digital Operations Team including any short term or part time resources. Specifically, development and implementation of Digital solutions and training strategy, support plan, development, and implementation plan for of new workflows, performance management of staff, PDR annual reviews, objective setting, and creation of personal development plans.
