Full Job Description

We are excited to offer this opportunity for an experienced Internal Quality Assurer to join our team. As an IQA for Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our apprenticeship delivery. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards and enhancing the learning experience for our students. You will:

  • Conduct internal quality assurance activities, including sampling assessments, observations, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with assessors, trainers, and curriculum leads to maintain consistency and excellence in assessment practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching, learning, and assessment processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to assessors and trainers to improve their practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
