- Building and nurturing talent pipelines for our main capabilities: Engineering, Programme Delivery, Safety, and Digital
- Actively sourcing candidates via various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Managing candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand upcoming resource demands and share best practices regarding recruitment
- Supporting DBD initiatives such as driving referrals, DEI, events, graduate talent, and more
