Phoenix is at the heartbeat of healthcare in the UK, and we're looking for a highly motivated Internal Recruiter to join our Pharmacist Recruitment Team As an Internal Recruiter you'll work collaboratively with Regional and Area Managers to build an extensive knowledge and understanding of the Rowlands estate, the branches within it and the nuances that will make a specific type of pharmacist successful in each branch You'll secure the top talent in the market through effective sourcing, writing informative and engaging adverts, performing screening interviews and negotiating terms. Once a candidate has accepted a role with Rowlands, you'll be responsible for taking them through our onboarding process in a methodical and precise manner, dealing with an issues that may arise in a timely manner. What you'll do:
- Creatively sourcing pharmacists using a variety of mediums including adverts, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and more expansive methods
- Conducting robust screening calls with candidates to ensure all relevant information is passed to the hiring manager to make an informed decision
- Arranging Face to Face and Teams interviews, and participating in the assessment process as required
- Ensuring candidates have Proof of Right to Work and the correct documentation to perform all relevant checks.
- Ensuring all checks are completed before a start date is confirmed.
- Providing expert support and guidance to the candidate and hiring manager throughout the recruitment process.
Proven track record in sourcing, recruiting and onboarding candidates in a highly competitive market - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, sourcing software and other recruitment related tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- A creative and forward thinking attitude to pipeline generation and recruitment marketing
£30,900 per annum - Performance related bonus
