Full Job Description

Research and identify potential leads within target markets from data provided.
- Utilise multiple channels such as websites, social media, phone calls and emails to qualify leads.
- Contact qualified leads offering EGGER support and services, obtaining company and project details.
- Convert leads into sales prospects and projects for external sales team.
- Achieve team targets in relation to customer satisfaction, lead generation and conversion rates.
- Document and log all activity and data within defined systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align topics with current marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Create and manage CRM projects according to system processes.
- Responsible for maintaining CRM account and contact data within Company policies.
- Deal with incoming enquiries via phone, mail, live chat whilst obtaining and updating customer and project data.
- Attend customer events to enhance market and customer knowledge and promote EGGER.

Good standard of education.
- One day Health and Safety Course.
- Related experience in sales and service focused role.
- Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be well organised, efficient, personable, have a good, confident telephone manner and a strong customer service ethic.
