Full Job Description

+ Provide timely and proactive support via phone and email, responding to customer and prospect inquiries.
+ Manage CRM data by logging prospect details and handling inbound/outbound communications.
+ Follow up on leads, book appointments, and assist the sales team in managing their schedules.
+ Handle post-appointment surveys, complaints, and urgent customer messages.
+ Actively promote Calor services and products, supporting our sales initiatives.
+ Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
