Internal Sales Consultant - HVAC Sweeper

Reporting to inside sales manager. The 'sweeper' will be responsible for securing revenue from quoted works in our HVAC business.

How you will do it

• Effective management of a pipeline of opportunities to close and win


• Liaising with management teams to secure business


• Completing pricing checks and negotiating with customers to secure revenue


• Providing customer service including updates to customers


• Speaking with customers to understand needs, opportunities to cross sell/ up sell


• Calling customers to build relationships and repeat business
  
  Computer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)


• Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer first experience.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload.


• Be able to work to targets and meet KPI's set.


• Product knowledge in the HVAC business would be an advantage
