Full Job Description
As an Internal Sales Executive , you'll play a key role in driving sales, working closely with customers to understand their needs, and matching them with the right products.
You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries, responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new leads, and working in collaboration with the wider Branch team to ensure our customers receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation : identify new leads through proactive sales calls, identifying inactive customer accounts and actively following up on initial quotes to convert these into sales.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers addressing their enquiries, providing product information to meet their requirements.
Order Processing & Sales Support : Prepare quotes, process orders, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and follow-up on orders.
Product Knowledge : Stay update to date on our products and services to effectively match customer needs with the best solutions available.
Experience : 1-3 years in sales, telesales, or customer service (desirable construction products knowledge but not essential as full training will be provided)
Skills : Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, IT literate
Attributes : Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
