Full Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Identify and follow up new business opportunities.

  • Provide customers with product information and quotations.

  • Collaborate with different teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone.

    Understanding of the construction industry is essential.

  • Organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks.

  • Confident in using IT systems and Microsoft package.

  • Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative.

  • Be able to ask the correct questions and understand customer requirements.
