Full Job Description
We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative 12 months FTC to join our friendly team based in Swadlincote., Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Representative 12 months FTC will need to effectively build and develop relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue growth for our products. You will also process orders for your geographical area, using your skills to manage customer expectations and keep customers informed along the way. This role will also involve:
- Working with an External Sales Manager to grow sales
- Liaising with the production team
- Customer account management
- Customer complaints & queries

The Internal Sales Representative 12 months FTC should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to develop effective relationships at all levels. Proven experience in a sales orientated environment, with experience of working to and achieving set targets, would be desirable, but not essential as willing to train the right person.
