Full Job Description
- Dealing with sales and general customer enquiries.
- Being responsible for the pro-active development of specified customer accounts.
- Giving prices and quotations.
- Processing orders.
- Arranging deliveries.
- General sales office administration.
- Liaison with external representatives.
Experience in a fast-paced sales office. - The ability to develop new business accounts, build excellent customer relationships, maximise profitable opportunities and consistently deliver a first class customer service.
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident selling skills.
- Good IT skills, (Excel, Outlook and Word especially), and excellent paperwork efficiency.
- The ability to multitask, to prioritise tasks wisely and complete them in a timely manner.
- The ability to grasp new systems quickly and follow company procedures and instructions accurately, thoroughly and methodically (training will be given in our products and systems).
- General enthusiasm, confidence, reliability and versatility.
