Full Job Description

  • Dealing with sales and general customer enquiries.

  • Being responsible for the pro-active development of specified customer accounts.

  • Giving prices and quotations.

  • Processing orders.

  • Arranging deliveries.

  • General sales office administration.

  • Liaison with external representatives.

    Experience in a fast-paced sales office.

  • The ability to develop new business accounts, build excellent customer relationships, maximise profitable opportunities and consistently deliver a first class customer service.

  • Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confident selling skills.

  • Good IT skills, (Excel, Outlook and Word especially), and excellent paperwork efficiency.

  • The ability to multitask, to prioritise tasks wisely and complete them in a timely manner.

  • The ability to grasp new systems quickly and follow company procedures and instructions accurately, thoroughly and methodically (training will be given in our products and systems).

  • General enthusiasm, confidence, reliability and versatility.
