Internal Seclusion Unit (ISU) Assistant

Start date: Asap

Tenure: 1 Year Fixed Term

Salary: Scale 4 (Points 7-11) Term Time Only

We are seeking a Internal Seclusion Unit (ISU) Assistant to support learning by:

  • Working with the Senior Leaders to develop and maintain an effective Seclusion provision that is relevant, up to date and meets the overall aims of the school.

  • Liaising with departmental managers and other staff to ensure a close match between the school's curriculum and the resources available to support class and independent study.

  • To assist with the maintenance of administrative systems within Seclusion including historical data when needed

  • Developing key relationships as a vital part of the role and ensure positive relationships are maintained
