As the IBMO intern you will be part of the team that owns the end-to-end service delivery of IMO's Linear and Non-Linear services to IMO's customers. This includes their reporting, changes and continual improvement and you will have the opportunity to be involved in all activities. Working across the team in support of this you will work on and ultimately own a number of the daily activities that keep our operations running smoothly, such as planned work and incident response tracking, as well as working on projects and initiatives that keep our services moving forward. There will be opportunities to assist in IMO's service strategy and work with our customers to ensure we are meeting their needs. What will I learn from this opportunity?

    Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year
  • Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025
  • Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship, A proactive and owner mindset
  • A love of solving problems
  • Calmness under pressure
  • Good collaboration skills
  • A logical/engineering mindset (specific technical knowledge not required)
  • Clear, accurate and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
