Are you ready to kick-start your journey into the world of Freight Forwarding?Are you ready to take your first step into the professional world? DSV is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Billing Specialists in Feltham. No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need to succeed. What You'll Do: Learn the Ropes: Get hands-on experience managing billing for customers and overseas agents. Control Costs: Help us keep our finances in check and learn about cost management. Solve Problems: Become a problem-solver by addressing any invoicing issues. Update Systems: Keep our billing system up to date with the latest client rates. Build Relationships: Communicate with our overseas offices, agents, and customers. The role will be 40 hours per week (7 hours + 1 hour paid lunch). The working week must span a weekend. i.e. Wed-Sun / Thu-Mon / Fri-Tue / Sat-Wed. Working hours would be either: 0800-1600 / 0900-1700 / 1000-1800.

Eager to Learn: No prior financial experience needed, just a willingness to learn and grow. Good Communicator: Enjoy talking to people. Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel). Detail-Oriented: Have an eye for detail and accuracy. Team Player: Look forward to working in a team. Why Join Us?
