As an International Product Growth Manager for Western Europe, you'll ensure that Meta is locally relevant and successful in the region. With your deep understanding of the local competitive and product landscape, you'll identify product gaps, uncover growth opportunities, and drive the execution of growth initiatives for Western Europe.   • Ensure the Meta family of apps is well adapted to be successful in the Western European region
  • Provide local insights, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for Meta's success in Western Europe
  • Explore and identify strategic growth opportunities in Western Europe leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities
  • Drive solutions that address identified market-specific opportunities
  • Influence and partner with product teams to execute on solutions
  • Partner with the analytics teams to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact from execution

    6+ years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Experience in the understanding of the Western Europe region, including its unique challenges and opportunities
  • Native fluency of one or more languages spoken in the Western Europe region, such as French or German, as this role requires the understanding of local product landscape and cultural context to develop solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the experience to work effectively with and influence cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and analytics across different countries and cultures in English
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making
  • Experience with building products tailored to the Western European market
  • Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures
  • Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones
