Full Job Description

  • Strengthen relationships with international schools and agents, particularly those with a history of referring students to the college.
  • Drive international student recruitment by increasing enquiries and showcasing the benefits of studying at the college through presentations and events.
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media, press relations, website content, and participation in internal and external events such as open evenings.
  • Gather market intelligence by liaising with staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders, while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.

    Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record in public relations, business development, marketing, fundraising, or sales.
  • Confident in delivering persuasive presentations to diverse audiences and building meaningful relationships.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, and adaptable, with a flexible approach to undertaking a variety of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Well-organised and proactive, with a strong team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently when required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail.
