Full Job Description

The goal of the Client Success Coordinator position is to ensure that Emarsys clients are successful and continue to find value in our software and services and to increase operational efficiency and clarity of internal processes. The Client Success Coordinator partners with Client Success Managers by driving effectiveness, efficiency, and enablement by assisting on revenue generating activities, supporting activities that drive Client Success, and enabling the Client Success Managers on new processes and procedures. The Client Success Coordinator leverages internal resources to provide a seamless client experience and works to ensure timely resolution to questions and requests. Main tasks and Duties

  • Work closely with the Client Success Manager (CSM) to assist with identified accounts as the second point of contact - helping to retain, grow and develop these accounts through daily interaction with clients to ensure annual contract renewal of all accounts
  • Strategize weekly with the CSMs to discuss client usage, options, issues, renewals, and upsells
  • Serve as back-up while CSMs are traveling or out of the office
  • Execute internal projects as necessary to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team
  • Work closely with cross-departmental teams to provide updates and training to the CSMs
  • Help drive all aspects of the sales cycle including, proposals, scoping, pricing and contract negotiations, etc. related to all renewal and up-sale opportunities
  • Create product and service orders, contract addendums and renewals, obtaining necessary customer signatures, and communicating with accounting department as needed
  • Review over/under utilization reports for up-sale opportunities (over utilization) and clients that require immediate follow-up (under utilization)
  • Coordinate collection efforts with Accounts Receivable
  • Monitor assignment and fulfilment of services engagements for assigned accounts
  • Participate in conference calls and track follow up items as needed

    2-3 years of marketing, sales, and/or project management experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Access, & PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize and work autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player
  • Knowledge of Emarsys platform, products, and services, are a plus
