Full Job Description
- Dealing with customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy our customers and build loyalty
- Knowing our CSR policy to respond to customers Guarantee the brand image:
- Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising
- Check the labeling of products on the floor
- Participate in the implementation of the merchandising and ensure its follow-up
- Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
- Monitor and maintain the sales level of the store
- Have a fashion culture to be able to make proposals Ensure the smooth running of Operations:
- Apply Sezane policies, standards and procedures
- Collect and respect procedures related to operations
- Carry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations)
- Participate in the definition of the number of staff required to meet customer expectations
- Ensure proper stock management
Be a team player, participate in all related tasks - Participate in the creation of a positive and harmonious environment to create a group synergy
- Relay the brand's commitments You have a first successful experience in ready-to-wear, in the hotel industry, in catering, in sales, in animation... or not yet, but you are driven by customer relations? - Be an ambassador of the Brand's omnichannel nature (flat and web)
