We are looking to appoint Intervention Assistants within our English and Mathematic departments, to work with small groups of students and/or on a one to one basis. The successful candidates will need to have a proven academic track record within their subject area, either Maths or English. Previous experience of mentoring students across all key stages would be desirable. You will be required to work on a casual basis, working hours are to be agreed in advance with notice. The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring students develop their passion for the subject area, and have a firm belief in the potential of all students. You will need to strive to demonstrate, embed and uphold the school's PRIDE core values of Positivity, Resilience, Integrity, Dignity and Equality in order to support the character development of all students. You will need to share our vision of a quality education for all students and be committed to joining us on our journey to "outstanding". We can offer you:
