Full Job Description

To plan and deliver effective, high quality targeted face to face and online 1:1/small group intervention sessions to identified students to maximise their opportunities to attend, make progress and achieve.

We have an exciting new opportunity for enthusiastic and proactive English & Maths Intervention Coaches.

We are looking for people with experience and passion for working with young people in an educational or youth work setting.

You need to have an awareness of trauma informed practice, be able to motivate and inspire our young people to fully engage in all aspects of their study programme, and to support them through targeted, planned intervention to attend, achieve and progress.

You will be enthusiastic, resilient, & proactive., You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.
