Full Job Description

We have a new opportunity to appoint a caring and supportive individual as an Intervention and Inclusion Manager. This role includes the following responsibilities: + Pastoral care and academic progress of students across the Communities + Leading on a variety of interventions to support students in accessing the curriculum + Managing and lead the Inclusion Room ensuring that appropriate tone and discipline is maintained. + Contributing to progress by managing student behaviour to ensure that all work is completed. + Work closely with families to support the reintegration of students following suspensions Full details about the job description and the requirements of the post can be found in the accompanying recruitment pack.

+ Experience of working with children in a similar environment; + A good general education including English, Maths and Science GCSE's; + Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing., In accordance with current GDPR compliance we will not keep any details / application forms on file once the position is filled.
