Full Job Description

+ Recognise that our current education system needs to radically change to better prepare our young people for the 21st century
+ Are able to take advantage of the latest technology to support modern, 21st century learning
+ Want to develop their own practice to meet the needs of an evolving school system
+ Want to develop children as life-long, curious learners
+ Want to build strong relationships with children that facilitate their learning
+ Want to teach in enabling environments that promote flexibility, collaboration and independence
This role is:
+ Term time only working
+ 30 hours per week
+ Pro rata'd salary on KR3 (£23,337) will be approximately £16,042 gross
Please note this role is attached to funding and therefore will be a temporary contract subject to review on 31st August 2025. If the funding is removed or reduced the contract may change before the review date.

Sturry Church of England Primary School are looking to recruit a part-time Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to the children at our school. Our Intervention Teaching Assistants provide targeted support to individual and small groups of children in liaison with the SENCO and Class Teacher.
