Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Co-ordinator, within our On Wing Support team, based at Heathrow. You will be working as part of a team supporting a busy component stores with stock control functions.,
- Inventory Management
- Run daily reports in SAP for buying, picking, etc
- Receipt of Goods including spec, qty, damage, etc
- Review of documentation received with each shipment
- Receipt of goods and allocation
- Collation of stock where necessary
- Prioritise workload in conjunction with M&L team
- Remain compliant in all tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Shipping of goods
- Expedite PO's, escalate when needed i.e. AOG situation
- Other stores tasks that may be reasonably requested from time to time, GE supports and encourages flexible working arrangements, where possible, and recognises the benefits to employees of having a positive work-life balance.
Proven experience of stock control systems - Strong understanding of Inventory management
- Knowledge of SAP or inventory management systems
- Understanding of import/export customs processes, Computer literate - Outlook, Word and Excel experience
- Demonstrate strong level of verbal and written English
- Strong organisational skills including multi-tasking
- Analytical with an accurate way of working incl time management
- Excellent customer service
- Awareness of attention to detail
- Able to work independently while also being a good team player
