Full Job Description

As Inventory Controller you will be highly organized with experience in warehouse processes and stock movement both physically and on the ERP system.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will perform a key role within a busy warehouse and production facility and be responsible for stock accuracy and integrity for all products and component parts to ensure the right stock is available when and where we need it.

The Role and Accountabilities...

· Leading regular stock counts within both warehouse and the manufacturing studio, reviewing processes and evolving best practices

· Lead root cause analysis on stock variations and measure stock accuracy to set improvement targets

· Ensuring the arrangement, rotation and security of stock in line with agreed stock levels and locations.

· Conducting spot check inventory audits and resolving discrepancies.

· Reviewing min/max stock levels to ensure they are set correctly to meet demand when required

· Create, implement, and maintain processes that meet the KPI's of the business with a key focus on Quality, Cost and Delivery to give the right product at the right quality at the right time and cost, every time

· Continually review and improve process to create a best in class warehouse environment with ever improving stock accuracy

· Work as part of a high performing team to ensure processes are in place, documents and followed.

· Maintaining general 5S principles within both the warehouse and yard to maintain the premises to a high standard at all times.The Role and Accountabilities...

· Experience in a warehouse environment.

· Experience of using an ERP system to manage inventory from receipt, to manufacturing then through to dispatch.

· Familiar with manufacturing operations and product flow

· Ability to work to set processes and offer improvement opportunities.

· Experience of stock counting and leading root cause analysis on discrepancies.

· Attention to detail.

· A curious and commercial mindset

· Creative thinking to overcome challenges and ensure best use of the warehouse space.

· Demonstrate the ability to lead change

· Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail; and be team-focused with excellent time management skills

· Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
