Full Job Description

Have you worked in an engineering inventory control / stores management role in an engineering environment?
Then we want to talk to you!, + As an Inventory Controller at our Energy Recovery Centre, your role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will:
+ Manage and oversee our stores inventory, ensuring spares and consumables are available when needed.
+ Control, order, and issue stock to support the continuous operation of our equipment, ensuring spares are promptly booked-in and correctly requisitioned out of our CMMS system.
+ Maintain accurate records using our inventory monitoring systems.
+ Take responsibility for the financial management of inventory, ensuring cost-effective stock levels.
+ Collaborate closely with the engineering team to support maintenance activities.

+ Has experience in an engineering environment, particularly within heavy industry.
+ Has knowledge, experience and understanding of supply chain processes within inventory control operations.
+ Is IT literate, with experience in CMMS and raising orders being highly desirable.
+ Is methodical and process-oriented, with the initiative to refine and improve inventory processes.
+ Demonstrates strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
+ Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work, striving for continuous improvement.
+ A confident communicator, who will take ownership of the development and compliance of all our inventory processes.

In return, we offer a salary range of £31,127 - £33,911 (negotiable) plus up to 3% Bonus (£1,017), Company Pension (3% ER), 20 Holiday Days + Bank Holiday, and benefits catalogue.
