Full Job Description
The Inventory management officer has responsibility for tracking the usage of high value devices, including the receipt of new devices and their subsequent use during patient care.
This is based in the main hospital site and involves use of a hand scanner and keyboard input and requires the post holder to make use of various reports to maximise data quality and completeness., This role is embedded within a clinical service, but also involves regular interaction with the Commercial Analytics team. The information that this role produces is used by the Commercial Analytics team for planning and reporting purposes, and helps to reduce waste and ensure appropriate funding.
