Full Job Description
Are you an experienced administrator with a talent for organisation? Join our dynamic team as an Inventory and Stock Administrator and become a key player in supporting our driver network!, Manage the ordering, renewal, and cancellation of fuel cards.
Allocate electronic devices and coordinate training sessions.
Oversee stock levels for training equipment and replacements for a team of 2,000 drivers.
Handle trade plate allocations and returns.
Track the return of equipment from departing drivers.
Process final pay and manage uniform orders for drivers.
Issue replacement ID cards and update driver address details.
Manage ad-hoc purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
The ideal candidate must be able to prioritise a potentially large volume of work and be able to work under their own initiative., Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently under pressure.
A problem-solver with great attention to detail.
A flexible team player, ready to learn and travel across the UK when needed.
