We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Investment Analyst.

In this role, you will:

· Conduct Proactive Research and Due Diligence: Identify and analyse new investment opportunities through thorough market research and data analysis.

· Prioritise Investment Process Tasks: Manage multiple responsibilities, ensuring efficient prioritisation and execution of key aspects of the investment process.

· Explore New Ideas and Opportunities: Demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm in exploring and evaluating innovative business opportunities and market trends.

· Work Under Pressure in a Small Team: Collaborate closely with a small team, handling a variety of tasks and maintaining high performance under tight deadlines.

· Network and Build Relationships: Engage in extensive networking and socialising both internally and externally to build valuable relationships and source deals.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

· Possess a Solid Understanding of Venture Capital: Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for venture capital, including key trends and market dynamics.

· Experience in a Small Team with Senior Professionals: Have prior experience working in a small team, ideally alongside senior investment professionals, to understand team dynamics and expectations.

· Strong Analytical and Financial Skills: Be proficient in researching, analysing, and presenting information on industries, companies, and strategies, including experience in financial modelling and valuation.

· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit strong communication abilities to effectively convey ideas, present analysis, and build relationships within and outside the organisation.

· Entrepreneurial Attitude and Initiative: Show a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative, think creatively, and adapt to new challenge and opportunities.
