Full Job Description
- Perform detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses
- Support daily transaction execution and project management of clients
- Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, board materials, and other deliverables for use in corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogue
- Perform detailed M&A, transaction structuring, and other financial analyses
- Coordinate with other product teams (M&A, ECM, DCM, Leveraged Finance) and third-parties (lawyers, accountants, etc.)
Relevant prior experience in investment banking and / or corporate finance - Demonstrated interest in the Consumer & Retail industries
- Commitment to building a long-term career in investment banking
- Proven financial modelling / valuation skills and experience in working on corporate finance related topics
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- High level of work ethic and comfort with working in a team environment
- High level of attention to detail, time management skills and proactiveness Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Preference for candidates with Consumer & Retail experience
