Job Title: Investment Proposition Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Edinburgh or Alderley Edge

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/ office based

Closing date: 25th June 2024

We are currently recruiting an Investment Proposition Manager to join our Investment Solutions team based in Edinburgh or Alderley Edge.

This is a varied and interesting role where you will be designing, developing, and maintaining Royal London's current Workplace, Individual and Longstanding investment propositions.

Working with colleagues across the Group, you will ensure the investment solutions being developed are and remain fit for purpose and deliver strong outcomes for customers.

About the role

-Evolve and maintain our investment propositions, including the flagship Governed Range.
-Work closely with our Proposition, Marketing and Distribution teams to develop investment content and support delivery of that content to Advisers and EBCs.
-Seek approvals and provide updates to our Governance Committees.
-Support and manage project work relating to investment proposition developments, regulatory change, and responsible investment.
-Design and deliver presentations on our investment proposition to Advisers and EBCs.

About you

-Demonstrable strong experience in funds, investment proposition and delivery either in workplace and / or individual pensions.
-Strong understanding of the current workplace or individual market from an investment and responsible investment perspective.
-Experienced in developing market messaging for investment proposition.
-Ability to build and maintain relationships both across the organisation and externally to ensure strong stakeholder management.
-Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills to support effective and efficient delivery.
