As an Investment Surveyor in our Housing Team, you can make your own powerful contribution to Westminster's communities by contributing to the expansion and enhancement of the city council's supply of affordable housing. Your role will be to identify and streamline investment opportunities.

You'll bring diverse experience in property investment and management including complex deals for the acquisition and disposal of residential real estate. Your track-record of originating high-potential investments will be matched by meticulous technical due diligence expertise developed over years of scrutinising repairs, legal matters, surveys, sustainability, and planning factors. We also look for excellent communication and project management skills and confident stakeholder engagement. Well-developed financial acumen and good Excel modelling skills will also be vital to your success.
