Investments Graduate

How you'll spend your time… As an Investments Graduate (Part of the LDP - Leadership Development Programme), you'll rotate through and work alongside experienced Investment professionals. Rotations may include, but are not limited to the following business areas:

• Equity & Fixed Income Research
• Portfolio Management Teams
• Equity & Fixed Income Trading, Explain why you want to work at Columbia Threadneedle Investments and how you demonstrate our core values.
• Describe a recent financial news story that has interested you and explain why.
• Tell us about your greatest achievement. Why is it your greatest achievement and what did you learn from it?
The use of AI Technology The purpose of these application questions is to give applicants an opportunity share their personal experiences and thought processes with the hiring manager. We know that AI is an increasingly useful tool and we're happy for you to use it to research and help form an answer, but you should not submit wholly AI generated answers - This will be checked.


• Be a current final year student studying towards a bachelor's degree graduating Summer 2025
• Be able to commit to complete the full 24-month programme., As an Investments Graduate, you should have high degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics that aligns with Columbia Threadneedle's core values (Client Focus, Excellence, Respect, and Integrity).
You should also demonstrate:
• Proven organisation skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
If you also had this, it would be great…
• Coding or Python skills is highly desirable, although not essential.
• Adept Data Analysis skills would be beneficial: this will become a key part of your role.
