Full Job Description

As a Pitman Invigilator, you will be primarily responsible for:

· Providing excellent customer service to candidates, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout the examination process.

· Supervising and monitoring candidates during examinations to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.

· Implementing and enforcing strict security procedures to safeguard examination materials, data, and intellectual property, in compliance with organisational policies and regulations.

· Assist with administrative tasks related to exam administration, such as registration, check-in, and documentation management.

· Work closely with colleagues, including Learning Coaches and administrative staff, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of examination sessions.

· Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during examinations, such as suspected cheating or misconduct, in a professional and impartial manner., 40 hours per week, 8.45am till 5.15pm Monday to Friday, one late evening per week and weekend availability when required., As an invigilator, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by facilitating examination sessions and ensuring a conducive environment for candidates to demonstrate their skills and knowledge.

Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload, and a proven ability to work with little supervision

An experienced and enthusiastic team player

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite essential
