Position: Invoice Query Administrator Contract Type: Permanent / full-time Location: Slough (hybrid working available - minimum 3 days office based) Salary: £24,300 plus benefits Why choose DHL eCommerce UK? About the role: The invoice Query Administrator is responsible for logging, investigating & resolving customer invoice queries. Key responsibilities:
- Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing
- Investigate queries, calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary, in particular specific credit reason
- Work within specified timescales for resolution of Invoice Queries within allocated locations
- To assist outside of allocated locations as required.
- To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
