Full Job Description
We are recruiting for an IS Resource Co-Ordinator to support the successful delivery of future programmes by ensuring skilled resources are available and appropriately deployed across the business function.,
- Works with the Resource Manager to create resolutions at all levels and deal with escalated resourcing issues.
- Monitor the performance and resources within the sub function by providing data to enable analysis of relevant management information (e.g. absence, retention).
- Support the delivery of People capability and governance requirements for the function aligned to the company business rhythm.
- Responsible for overseeing the task-based workers across the business function.
- Maintain and promote a high personal standard in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and be a great team player., Deliver analysis of business forecasting and headcount against budget.
- Support the delivery of a complete resource plan, ensuring that the resource plan reflects any changes to the resources available or the demand.
- Maintain an overview of the current resources available to the functions.
- Onboarding and Offboarding of task-based workers
- Ensure resourcing policy enforcement implementation within the business.
- Provide ongoing support relating to recruitment, training and development of the Business.
- The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.
Previous experience in a resource management/coordination role. - Strong Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables/V Look-Ups.
- Good analytical skills.
- Able to analyse and present on data.
- Good rapport building skills with both Internal & External stakeholders.
- Comfortable presenting data and statistics to senior stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams of varying levels of priority at one time.

Salary - 38,140 - 50,000 per annum depending on experience
