As a key player, you will work both autonomously and collaboratively to uncover sales opportunities and expand our commercial relationships beyond our existing client base. With an annual target of £1,000,000, you will be pivotal in our growth. ISDM Solutions is a vendor-agnostic Technology Partner specialising in Collaboration, Enterprise Networking Infrastructure, and Smart Building Technology, providing end-to-end managed services.,

  • Strategic Value Proposition: Define and communicate value propositions with new customers, engaging with key stakeholders across various departments including C-Level, IT, and Facilities.

  • New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close high-value service-based sales by articulating clear business benefits.

  • Client Acquisition: Leverage existing senior-level contacts to win new clients through effective business development and account management.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work with ISDM business teams to deliver comprehensive client management reports and insights.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present weekly updates on business performance, strategic plans, and sales pipeline.

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop, implement, and update Strategic Account Plans on a quarterly basis at both Group and Account levels.

  • Account Monitoring: Track and report on account performance, ensuring growth in revenue and margins.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM, providing weekly pipeline updates.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Contribute to marketing initiatives and lead sales campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.

  • Client Communication: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and needs.

    Industry Expertise: Proven sales experience in a relevant technology sector, with a strong understanding of industry and software solutions.

  • Consultative Selling: Demonstrated success in consultative, solutions-based sales, particularly in service offerings to new customers.

  • Business Development: A track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.

  • Senior-Level Contacts: Existing high-level contacts that can be immediately leveraged for business development.

  • Autonomous and Detailed: Ability to work independently, with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Contract and Financial Understanding: Basic knowledge of contracts, T&Cs, P&L, balance sheets, cost of sale, and budgeting.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Salesforce, and Dropbox.
