Amnesty International UK (AIUK) has a simple aim: an end to human rights abuses. If you want to use your skills, knowledge, and experience to help fight for human rights, you could be our new IT Administrator., The IT team is a dynamic and dedicated group providing vital first-line support, cybersecurity, and maintenance services for AIUK's IT infrastructure. As an IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in advancing human rights through the effective use of technology. You will provide administrative and logistical support to the IT team, including laptop imaging, contract management administration, and managing helpdesk calls. You'll handle first-line responses to queries, allocate tasks appropriately, and contribute to the maintenance, installation, and problem resolution of IT equipment and services.   • You have experience working in a service-led environment, providing efficient support and demonstrating a flexible approach to tasks within a team setting.
  • You are skilled at prioritising a busy workload and balancing multiple priorities, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and deadlines are met.
  • You have excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally with all users and suppliers.
  • You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of maintaining registers of software licenses and IT assets, and managing administrative tasks such as filing and placing orders.
