We also provide support services related to RealPage (Property Management Systems), Microsoft and other various applications. We have a small internal team of 2 members and looking to expand, including this role. You must be a proactive and independent worker with good team skills and the ability to manage aspects of your workload and work through priorities. You should already have work experience in a relevant role and be ready to further your career within IT. The role of IT Analyst is responsible for providing but not limited to the following services: IT Service Desk Support Provide first-line support to colleagues for issues reported through the IT service desk, either directly, by telephone or by email. This includes network, telephone, hardware and wider software support within required SLAs. Helping to manage the work of third-party hosting and support providers Liaise with third-party teams regularly, helping to ensure their work is prioritised, procuring services where necessary, and that internal actions are understood and implemented. Data Management Create and maintain data records related to key IT systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal obligations. You must pay attention to detail and be able to ensure guidelines are followed. Communicating to Stakeholders Create and issue regular updates to the wider business to ensure staff understand the impact of IT changes and any training points that are relevant. You'll be communicating with end users of the software and leaders of the business, so you must be able to tailor your message to the audience you are addressing. Proactive involvement in the ongoing life of Native Proactive and regular involvement in meetings. Take the lead on agreed initiatives where appropriate.

You will be analytical and possess good problem-solving skills. In addition, you will have a keen interest in IT and have a proactive and customer-focused outlook. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills and experience of working in a pressured environment You will be comfortable working both independently, and as part of the IT team and lead where necessary for designated initiatives/tasks. Able to manage dynamic priorities maintaining good working relationships. WORK EXPERIENCE Essential work experience: · Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a relevant role. · Knowledge of Operating Systems, hardware setup, networks, printing, telephony and connectivity services. · Good knowledge of Microsoft products (Azure, Microsoft 365 Admin console, SharePoint, Teams etc) · Experience working in a helpdesk environment or customer service environment. · Demonstrable experience working in a challenging role where responsibility was held for delivering a business requirement. · Good written and verbal communication skills · Strong organisation skills Desirable · Customer or support service experience preferably in a hospitality · Network support experience · Small size Project management · Educational qualifications equivalent to A-Level certificates or above, preferably in IT/business/hospitality PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday 9:00 am- 5:30 pm Essential Fluent in written and spoken English, Must be able to work from our Manchester office regularly, flexibility with working hours depending on business needs to support projects or attend sites when required national travel (UK-wide).
