Full Job Description

Answering telephone calls and assisting with inquiries.
Updating customer portals via digital systems.
Using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Processing engineer paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Liaising with clients via telephone and email to provide excellent customer service.
Inputting data into Xero Accounting Software.
Assisting the Electrical Department with administrative tasks.
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth office operations.

A strong team player who thrives on collaboration.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
A quick learner who's eager to adapt to new systems and tools.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
